GYMNASTICS BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Parties are held on Saturday and Sunday.
The TIMES are listed on the Party Information sheet. A Link to the sheet is at the bottom of this page and the sheet is also available at the Gym.
Parties are 1 1/2 hours long.
Children are entertained with Gymnastics Fun for the first Hour. Then they join parents upstairs for treats and presents.
PRICES: $150 for up to 10 children,
$5.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL CHILD (ANY THAT PARTICIPATE)
A $50 DEPOSIT IN CHECK OR CASH ONLY IS REQUIRED WITH
THE RESERVATION FORM.
THE BALANCE IS DUE AT THE END OF THE PARTY AND SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE INSTRUCTOR..
WRITE ALL CHECKS TO COURTHOUSE GYMNASTICS.
TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE SET UP UPSTAIRS, USUALLY
ONE TABLE FOR 10-12 CHILDREN.
THE PARTY HOST SUPPLIES THE TABLECLOTHS, FOOD AND DECORATIONS.

PAYMENT: PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY CHECK OR CASH ONLY.
GIVE FINAL PAYMENT TO THE INSTRUCTOR AT THE END OF THE PARTY.

WRITE "BIRTHDAY" ON THE CHECK MEMO .
IF YOU PAY WITH CASH ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT.
Instructors Cannot give Change for Cash payments.
